Camellia City Smooth Jazz Festival- the vision of Wil and Diane Bias production company Jin Jeans Productions. At its core, the mission was and still remain true to this day: To remind people that jazz music is as important today as it was in its early years. After requesting the help of some key people with making the vision become a reality.  As one of our key personnel Wayne Glapion motto is “It takes a village”!

Founded in late 2005, Jin Jeans Productions opened as a supper club. Jin Jeans is dedicated to strengthening the jazz music culture while inspiring people to explore the arts through concert series, workshops, festivals and community panel discussions. We are pleased to contribute our small part in preserving, promoting and providing contemporary smooth jazz at its best! Our commitment to great quality jazz entertainment showcasing local talent while providing exposure for our regional artists to national recording artists. The results have been phenomenal! The exposure has left audiences electrified and filled with a new appreciation for the genre of music.

As we worked tirelessly to showcase the style of music we so love (Contemporary Smooth Jazz) expanding the production to the Northshore as “The 985 Dance Party”. This was the beginning of introducing Jin Jeans Productions to St. Tammany Parish.

So, with great honor and humility we present Camellia City Smooth Jazz Festival for its inaugural weekend events of great fun come October 2017.

Sharing the love of jazz music differently…Smooth!

Jin Jeans Productions Would Like To Thank Those Helping To Make This Event Possible!
